Our love of high quality chocolate inspired us to create one of the most unique chocolate confections in the world: 
the Truffle Gateau.  This truffle confection is designed to be served as an appetizer, a companion to wine, cheese & olive oil.  Created by Linda Bartlett and Alexandra Keys, theTruffle Gateaux are becoming known as a fun and decadentlly delicious addition to wine-tastings , with a growing cult following with gourmet food lovers worldwide.

The only chocolate appetizer on the market today, the Truffle Gateaux are made fresh in our kitchen in Northern California each week. All natural ingredients and handmade with care; they are baked and then wrapped in beautiful foil to compliment each season.  The unique recipe calls for the purest, natural ingredients which include: high quality Belgian Dark and Milk Chocolate; pure Creamery Butter; Madagascar Vanilla Extract; Farm Fresh Eggs; Pure Cane Sugar; Flour; Sea Salt and, with some varieties, fresh roasted nuts. For the coffee lover, we add our favorite freshly-brewed Espresso to make our dark chocolate Espresso variety.

Recommended by over 400 California and Oregon winemakers, the Truffle Gateau is the ultimate wine and cheese paring chocolate. Soft in texture and not too sweet in taste, our dark chocolate Truffles are the perfect enhancement for Cabernet, Zinfandel, Pinot, Syrah, Petite Syrah and Port wines.  Or, try our milk chocolate Truffle Gateau with a Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Viognier wine for another outstanding pairing.
