Shelf Life
Best if stored in the freezer, with a one year shelf life.
You can keep in the refrigerator for 2 months.
Room temperature, 4 weeks.
Handling.
When you receive your chocolates, no matter what the weather, place in the freezer for one hour to allow the Truffle Gateaux to regain their normal texture. On warmer days, leave in freezer for two hours before serving. The Truffle Gateaux do not completely melt, so do not be concerned if on a hot day they arrive very soft. The freezing process will be successful in regaining their normal texture and taste. To enjoy with your wines & cheeses, allow to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. Divide each square into 6 portions.
